The family-owned Azia Resort is closely connected to the Morokambos Plantation, where agriculture and hospitality are uniquely combined. With a total area of 530,000m2, the plantation is home to 15,000 native Mediterranean and tropical plants, including citrus, avocado, palm, guava, and mango species, which are all raised responsibly and organically.

At the Azia Resort, Morokambos Plantation provides guests with fresh and healthy fruits, vegetables, and juices. Almost all of the daily produce served to guests on the plantation is grown on-site, including salads, platters, and fresh juice at breakfast. The resort also makes its own marmalades, jams, desserts, and other ingredients used in the buffets and dishes. Any produce that the plantation does not grow is sourced from neighboring farms.
The hotel offers its guests the chance to explore the plantation and pick their own fruit where they can enjoy a picnic in the shade of the walnut trees.
